Many customers tell us they feel warmth and a noticeable loosening in the neck after their very first session. Stiffness typically eases over the first week or two of daily use, and many also notice better sleep and posture over the following weeks.
NovaNeck is gentle and steady rather than a deep-tissue massage, and there's no intensity dial: just heat, vibration and traction, one at a time or all together. It works best as a daily habit of around 15 minutes, which is why you get a full 30 nights to try it properly.
01
Plug In
Connect the included USB-C cable to any standard power source. NovaNeck is designed for mains power so you get consistent, uninterrupted performance every session. There's no battery to charge or run flat, and it also works from a power bank if you'd rather not sit near a socket.
02
Position
Place NovaNeck under your neck so the massage nodes sit against the muscles on either side of your spine. Lie back on a flat surface or recline in a chair — whichever feels most comfortable.
03
Choose Your Mode
Manual Mode — Press the manual button to cycle through each technology one at a time: heat therapy, vibration massage, and traction decompression. Each mode runs on its own so you can focus on exactly what your neck needs that day.
Auto Mode — Press the auto button and let NovaNeck do the work. It cycles through heat, vibration and traction automatically, with heat building gradually in the background and staying warm throughout.
04
Relax
Sit back and let it work. Most customers use it in the evening while watching TV or winding down before bed.
05
Finish Up
Switch the device off and gently remove it from your neck. If you forget, it switches itself off automatically after 30 minutes.
💡 Tips
Not sure where to start? Auto mode is the easiest place, as it cycles through everything for you. Use manual mode if you'd rather spend your session on just one. Consistent daily use of around 15 minutes is where most customers see the best results.
